About This Course:
Tracking safety performance is critical to continual improvement and success. And, having a well-planned and executed EHS program can effectively motivate and drive performance, reduce accidents and incidents, drive down related costs such as workers’ compensation, and increase productivity and morale.

But, many organizations still struggle to identify measurements that have a strong correlation with successful safety performance—and it’s no wonder why.

There are many important questions to address, such as:
  • What should you be measuring?
  • How can you use your measurements to improve EHS performance?
  • What balance of leading and lagging measures is right for your organization?
  • How do you make sure that multiple departments, from the C-suite to manufacturing, engineering, and legal, are using your EHS measurement process to drive continuous improvement for the organization?
Join us to find out how to make your EHS metrics program an integral component of your company’s established performance tracking process. Attorney Barry Spurlock, CSP will provide a clear and proven approach for selecting and implementing EHS metrics that not only accurately measure performance but drive the metrics in the right direction.
