OSHA’s New Data-Collection System: How To Prepare Ahead Of The December 1, 2017 Filing Deadline For Electronic 300As

Webinar: ID# 1026148
Recorded On-Demand
About This Course:
The Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) just proposed a rule to delay the compliance date by which certain employers must submit their completed 300A form electronically from July 1 to December 1, 2017. It believes the delay will give the Trump Administration time to review the rule requirements published in 2016.

Following the close of a public comment period on July 13, OSHA’s data collection system is expected to launch August 1, six months after the originally scheduled February 2017 launch date. And, assuming the data collection system launches as planned, you will only have a 4 month window of time to figure out how to electronically submit your 300A forms for 2016 injury and illness data.

Don’t delay! Join us for a comprehensive webinar and live Q&A that will familiarize you with OSHA’s new electronic reporting system so you’re well prepared for the upcoming filing deadline.

You’ll learn:
  • Whether your company must submit OSHA 300A forms electronically—and how to tell if your organization is exempt from the requirement
  • OSHA 300A form filing mistakes to avoid as you acclimate to the new electronic data-collection process
  • The 2016 injury and illness data that must be reported electronically
  • And more!
