One of the most difficult tasks of any production supervisor, department manager, safety professional, HR professional, shop floor associate is to identify what an occupational hazard looks like. The process of defining a hazard compared to a risk can be confusing, conflicting and dangerous to the well-being of associates at your worksite if it is not understood and if no process exists.

Not being able to identify hidden hazards places associates at risk of injuries ranging from basic first aid to potential fatality.
