Safety managers must be able to understand and evaluate potential risks so they can develop viable approaches for managing, eliminating, and reducing those risks. By performing a comprehensive risk assessment, safety managers are better able to quantify and prioritize potential risks in a manner that will be clear and useful to senior management.
There are different approaches and systems for accomplishing productive risk assessment, which means it’s important to find a risk-assessment methodology with a proven track record. By following a methodical process, the best strategies for successfully moving forward can be initiated. Once you located an effective model and process that makes sense to everyone in the organization, from the C-suite to line supervisors, support staff, and maintenance, you can begin working to reduce safety risks and subsequent accidents and OSHA fines in your organization.
Join us for an engaging session with safety risk assessment expert Fran Sehn to learn the necessary steps in developing a risk assessment program that passes regulatory muster and is fine-tuned to maximize your success.
