Jay brings more than 25 years of human resource and safety leadership, management, consulting, and training to the industry.
He travels nationally and internationally working with organizations and individuals to reduce incidents, risks, and costs through safety culture change and development.
He is a member of the National Safety Council (NSC), American Society for Training and Development (ASTD), Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), National Management Association (NMA) and the National Speakers Association (NSA).
